The Service Programming Division team exists to create an appealing, engaging, and helpful weekend environment for adults that makes people glad they came and causes them to want to come back.

We don’t want to just create an environment; we want to create an experience.

We work as a team to develop the worship service. It is not about just one person (or even team) making the decisions. It’s a team of people, with different personalities and different jobs, brainstorming together to ensure a more comprehensive service.

We take the bottom line, the takeaway/creative tension for the series (and for each message), and build an unforgettable experience.
