Four Key Essentials

Each leader is equipped, developed, and monitored around four key essentials that we have defined as the components of a healthy group experience. While the list is not exhaustive, we believe the group experience is more valuable for both the leader and the participants if the leader implements these priorities. The four leader essentials are:

  • Replace Yourself

All of our equipping times, both large group and one-on-one, center on these essentials.

Four Leader Postures

As we interview and develop, we look for our staff and leaders that possess the following qualities. We believe these postures are vital to helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
