Four Key Essentials
Each leader is equipped, developed, and monitored around four key essentials that we have defined as the components of a healthy group experience. While the list is not exhaustive, we believe the group experience will be valuable for both the leader and the participants if the leader implements these priorities. The four leader essentials are:
