Major church events are scheduled for each campus at an annual meeting of representatives from each ministry. At this time, priorities and church objectives are discussed for the upcoming year. Other events requested during the year are approved and scheduled through the campus calendar coordinator using the same guidelines. Those requesting events create them through eSPACE, our calendar system. Once the calendar coordinator approves the events, specific information about them is released for general knowledge. The operations teams also use this data for scheduling setups and janitorial services.
