The NPM Operations Department is responsible for all NPM campuses in the Atlanta metro area. Each campus has an Operations Director and Operations Specialists that are responsible to the Ministry Services Director, and the NPM Director of Operations. Each campus-specific Operations Director receives support from the NPM Director of Operations concerning all practices and procedures associated with facility management.
