1. How do you place people into a gathering?
We place people into gatherings based primarily on age and area of town. Gatherings are usually assigned 60-70 people. We expect an average attendance of 30-40 out of those assigned. We have learned that it is a lot easier for people to sign up than to show up, so there is a percentage of the registrants we know may never make it to the gathering.
2. Do you budget for the gatherings?
We don’t want our leaders to incur any costs for their gatherings, so we supply a small budget and reimburse leaders for supplies (nametags, plates, cups, etc.), food, and small thank-you gifts for those who supply the Host Homes.
3. How do you get Host Homes?
Host Homes are found by word of mouth through leaders and attendees, as well as through announcements in our main worship service bulletins one month before the Fusion cycle begins.
