A globalX short-term trip is a strategic seven- to ten-day life changing experience to serve one of our international partners. Participants on each trip are part of a team averaging 10-15 people. We work hand-in-hand with those we are serving while providing opportunities that fit the gifts and talents of each participant. Goals of globalX trips range from assisting a strategic partner in creating an irresistible church to developing micro-businesses among unreached people groups to impact communities for Christ.
We have created a field guide for every trip team member. This guide is an effective training tool to prepare short-term mission team members to represent Jesus to people whose cultures are very different than ours. From securing passports and raising support to preparing their hearts for the journey and the return home, it will lead each member to a more profound connection with Christ. This guide includes discussion questions, devotionals, journal pages, and more–all designed to enrich this life-altering experience.
