Question: How long will it take me to walk through the globalX missionary process and move to the field as a missionary?
Answer: The process will take from several months to several years, depending on where in your journey we begin to talk. Our process is designed to be unhurried in order for you to know us and us to know you. Across missionary world it averages six years from the point of a persons “calling” until he or she reaches the field.
Question: Will I work exclusively with globalX or will I need to select a mission agency.
Answer: You will choose an appropriate missions agency to add cross-cultural training, accountability, and fundraising assistance. We prefer you use a mission agency with which globalX has a close relationship.
Question: If approved for the mission field will globalX cover my total financial support?
Answer: No. globalX will contribute to a portion of your funding and your mission agency will work with you to determine and raise your required funding support.
