MISSIONARIES
God desires that his people lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Some people are called for a time to leave their country and lead people of other nations into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We call these people missionaries.
- Philosophy:
Supporting and training national Christian leaders is our most effective means of advancing ministry in other countries. Nationals understand their culture, language, and people. A gifted and trained missionary can facilitate the progress of national Christian leaders by serving and mentoring them. Other effective roles for missionaries include business as mission and teaching English.
globalX supports and helps to fund missionaries We partner with missionary applicants and their mission agency to determine a fit and to offer advice during their service. We continually evaluate those we support by asking a few questions. Are the people and organizations we support in the right place, doing the right thing, with the right people? Is it a good value? We remain involved in the process so that we can evaluate the answers to these questions.
