One of the things we like to do around here is laugh. It really helps create an environment that takes the edge off of our busy workload. Plus it just makes work fun to be at. It’s funny as you hear people open their emails and there’s a wave of laughter running through the office. The easiest way to do this is send your team hilarious videos like these:

This SuperBowl commercial went around for a while and the line “HEY DUMMY” still last a year later.
Wiggy sent this the other day.
So go take a break today. Take the edge off and just go watch some dumb videos and forward them to your team. It can really help creativity!!!!!!

Mike, That is an awesome commercial… I figured it was CGI too. Amazing how they pulled it off. Thanks for posting the link to behind the scenes. I use to watch Leo LePorte on TechTV back in the day. Funny stuff!!!

We sent around the tro lo lo video to our team early last week. It really, really took off the edge of getting things done and doing the tedious stuff and created a nice environment of opening up and having a good time. That’s something we are getting in more of a habit of doing.
