I liked the Wall E and the T Mobile D. Wade one. There were a few other ones that were neat, but those were the ones that actually made me watch them from beginning to end.
I was really disappointed this year - could the writers strike have anything to do with it? I mean a lot of them looked good, well designed and great effects, but the concepts completely sucked. I’d say the baby talking was pretty funny, as were the bud light/mencina commercials.
I have to admit, I didn’t watch most of the game or the commercials. Did watch Petty during half time, though. Anyway, my point for this comment is to tell you that you are now officially on the cool list over in my blogroll…sorry it took so long. Thanks for stopping by - it’s truly an honor.
Definitely the Coke ad with the Macy’s floats. Warmed my heart.
Did you happen to catch the NFL’s “perfection” piece prior to the game with all the art & stock footage of historical events? How breathtaking was that?

I was cracking up at the “Squirrels” Bridgestone commercial. And we were quoting Will Ferrel at the Pastor’s retreat today…funny!!!

I liked the cars.com ones. Not the most unique concept, but I liked them. Cant help but like the NFL spot. Who wouldn’t like an oboe playing lineman?

The oboe playing line man was definitely one that kept my attention. Very neat commercial.
“and now, we’re in the Super Bowl… sort of.”
That was great.

Abs - the honor is mine.
BTW - I just watched the stained shirt from Tide - I think I have a new favorite. Pretty funny.
