During the month of February, we taught our kids about WISDOM, knowing what’s best when you’re put to the test! But where do you get that wisdom? One week we focused in on how the Bible tells us the best way to live. We felt like it was a great opportunity to focus in on one of the 5 faith skills: navigating the Bible. We felt like one practical way we could help kids go to God’s word to find out the BEST way to live, was to help them learn to navigate it. So back to basics we went…learning the books of the Bible! If you don’t know where it is how can you look it up, right? We decided to put in the hands of every child a CD with the song “Everything Fades” on it. If you don’t know what this song is you need to. The bottom line is if you learn the song, you’ll know all the books of the Bible guaranteed. And that was our hope for each kid.

We are trying to find the lyrics for everything fades to use in children’s church. We bought the CD and would like to put the words on the screen.
