I’ve realized over the years that the best web design/development team is not the one that has the highest combination or aggregate “score” in terms of skill but rather the one that trusts each other the most.
In the past few months I have learned to trust my team with tasks and responsibilities that I may not have originally trusted them with; this has more to do with me than with them as they are highly capable and skilled individuals. It’s rather just me getting used to them and learning to trust them.
How are you learning and growing in trust with your IT and Web teams? Is that part of your “review” process or something that occurs naturally?
