Even though our team is well-versed in a number of web services that could provide team meetings, data/project management, and the like, there’s just something about meeting with the team on a weekly basis in the real.
There’s just something about those weekly meetings that provide much more value than “What are you working on?” moments (although we do a lot of that too).
In an ever-increasing world where we interact much more online, don’t forget to have those consistent in-real-life meetings; I think the value of them can’t be taken for granted!
