Vision

At all of our campuses and in everything we do, our vision is the same: to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Our Guest Services teams do this by welcoming, informing, and serving our guests.

Why should Guest Services be a priority?

First, nothing is neutral in church. Everything is either a positive or a negative experience for guests. Most churches spend far more time and attention preparing the inside of the auditorium and the children’s environments than they spend on what happens before and after people leave these environments. What happens outside of these environments will either enhance or distract from what happened inside the environments. Guest Services creates the first impression and the last impression every person will have of your church.

Second, “You never know who…” Guest Services matters because every Sunday hurting people walk into your church. Every Sunday non-Christian and unchurched people walk into your church for the first time. Guest Services can remove the fear and distractions these people are feeling.

Third, in many churches Guest Services volunteers are the only volunteer teams that have the opportunity to connect with every adult and child who drives onto the campus on Sundays.
