Our Assimilation team is comprised of volunteer assimilators and Assimilation staff. Volunteer assimilators connect attendees into community groups. They serve as the primary contact people for group seekers. They offer information about GroupLink and answer questions about joining community groups. They also attend all GroupLink events, working the room to help guests meet others who are looking to connect into community.
The Assimilation staff works year-round on group seeker connections, GroupLink events, staffing and equipping assimilation volunteers, strategy, etc.
