Assimilation volunteers are developed through a combination of apprenticeship training along with regular equipping environments.
One such event is re:group. re:group is an annual gathering of assimilators, community group leaders and starting point leaders. It’s a combination of large environments and learning communities for our volunteers who are helping to lead the church by building community.
