The Group Life staff is responsible for overseeing the community group leaders. Each volunteer community group leader is assigned to a staff Groups Director, who monitors the growth of the leader and the health of the group. Through a combination of one-on-one meetings and corporate training events, the staff Groups Director becomes a shepherd to those volunteer leaders who are shepherding the church body.
