Leader Development

Each leader is equipped, developed, and monitored around eight key essentials that we have defined as the components of a healthy group experience. While the list is not exhaustive, we believe the group experience will be valuable for both the leader and the participants if the leader implements these priorities. The eight leader essentials are:

All of our equipping times, both large group and one-on-one, are centered on these essentials.

Our leader development strategy includes an initial online orientation, one campus-wide celebration event, and three one-on-one meetings between a group leader and his or her Groups Director each year.
